1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for courses offered by Vituge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or enroll in our courses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Course Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our French language courses, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Course availability is subject to minimum enrollment requirements. Vituge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered alternative course dates or a full refund.

3. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Course fees are non-transferable between students
  • Payment plans may be available for select courses upon request
  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
  • Additional materials or examination fees may apply and will be clearly communicated

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a refund according to the following schedule:

  • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee (£50)
  • 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund of course fees
  • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund available
  • After course commencement: No refund will be provided

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during all classes, whether in-person or online. This includes:

  • Arriving punctually for scheduled classes
  • Completing assigned homework and practice exercises
  • Respecting instructors and fellow students
  • Refraining from disruptive behavior
  • Not recording classes without explicit written permission

Vituge reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates these conduct standards without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, audio recordings, videos, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Vituge and are protected by copyright laws. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from course materials without express written permission from Vituge.

7. Online Classes and Technical Requirements

For online courses, students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate equipment and a stable internet connection. Minimum technical requirements include:

  • A computer or tablet with webcam and microphone
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
  • Updated web browser or required software applications
  • Quiet environment suitable for learning

Vituge is not responsible for technical difficulties on the student's end that prevent participation in online classes. Recorded sessions may be available for review when technical issues occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality French language instruction, Vituge makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels. Individual progress depends on various factors including student effort, attendance, and practice.

Vituge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access courses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
